DFX, SFX and THUNDER CHEER thrives on creating a well-rounded human. Not only do we want you to be creative and dance, but we also encourage outside activities. With communication and a village to raise a child, the world is a better place.

Toby Black
Owner, Teacher, Choreographer, Pianist
Toby is the sole owner of Dance FX Dance Studio and Scholastic FX Fine Arts Preschool and Kinder.
Toby danced professionally in Branson, Missouri and was inducted into the American Clogging Hall of Fame in 2013. Toby is the Assistant and tumble Coach of the 6X back-to-back State Champion High School Mav Cheer Team. Toby danced and cheered at the college level. He was awarded the Washington State Assistant Coach of the year in 2014.
Toby is currently the pianist for both Moses Lake middle school choirs and Toby leads the childrens music in his church. Toby taught himself the cello and loves to play the ukulele. Toby is the director/president of Basin Community Theater in Moses Lake. He has directed over 17 shows and directed and choreographed this years show, "ENCORE!"
Toby is the father of 3 kids. #1 Tyler - Serving an LDS mission in Las Vegas. #2 Dallin- Loves to work on cars. #3 #Kali - My social butterfly. Here's to year 28!
